Bill has been in the tobacco business for more than 30 years. Bill retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as the Director of Administration from the State Employees Retirement System. He served in the USAF for a total of 30 years active duty and then in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, retiring as the Command Chief Master Sergeant.
